Not sit idle before TV
A survey shows that people who enjoy TV more than two hours at a stretch are more likely to gain extra belly fat than who watch less than one hour. If any TV program catches your attention then do watch TV and exercise simultaneously. For example do some exercise on treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike while watching TV.
Remove stress
Stress can develop extra stomach fat. Much you have stress much you have belly fat. When you feel stress, try to have a long breathe repeatedly until you get refresh.
Be choosy about breakfast

Avoid late night dessert
You may fond of dessert but don’t take it at late night. It is good for your stomach to avoid night time eating like ice cream and other types of P.M. snacks. Usually our body remains idle while sleeping and less active to burn nighttime nibbles very unlikely to daytime. So stop your eating at least two hours before sleep.
